CAMP PROGRAM
This program is similar to the Brahminy Youth Residential Program. Referrals to
the program are accepted from Non-Government organisations, private individuals
and participants who are not subject to a court order.
KIDS CLEAN UP
A National Intervention Program
This is a program that transports young people by sea, for up to a week or
longer, to the Garig Gunak Barlu National Park which is located on the Cobourg
Peninsula in Arnhemland in the Northern Territory. They carry out a range of
activities together with the indigenous inhabitants.
These being: coastal
clean up, research, removal of noxious weeds, revegetation, monitoring marine
and animal populations and learning boat handling, navigational and survival
skills.
STAFF PLACEMENT PROGRAM
This is a staff placement agency that supplies
residential care and youth worker staff on a casual basis in Victoria to
Government and Non-Government Agencies that provide services to “at risk”
adolescents in a range of settings that include facility based residential care,
one to one work and recreational work.
